We deliver throughout the UK. Delivery charge is £50
Free UK Mainland delivery on orders over £1500 (not including
vat)
Alternatively, you can arrange to collect your order from
our warehouse in Knutsford, by phoning 01606 841600, or email info@lushplants.co.uk,
or fax 01606 841601 to arrange a suitable time.

How and when do I pay? |

By cheque/credit card/debit card or cash. Cheques are made payable
to ‘Lush Plants Ltd’. For new trade
customers, on your first order placed pro-forma payment required,
of which we will require full payment before any items can be
dispatched, thereafter a credit account can be set up. |

Can we cancel or change an order at any time? |

It is possible to cancel an order by telephone 01606 841600
or fax 01606 841601 or email us at info@lushplants.co.uk,
providing the goods have not been despatched from our warehouse.
Always quote your order/invoice reference number. Cancellations
will incur a small surcharge of 20% of invoice order to cover
administration fees. Should you have ordered a planter, which
has been manufactured or sprayed, to your individual specifications
or colours, once acknowledged, this order cannot be cancelled. |

Do you provide a consultation service? |

Yes we do corporate consultations (F.O.C) and domestic
consultations by appointment. Prices for domestic
consultations are £50, which is redeemable against any order
placed |

How long does delivery of goods take? |
| A: |
If the items ordered are in stock then delivery is within 5-10
days. If items are not in stock and need to be ordered in, delivery
is approximately 3-8 weeks from date of order. |

Planters are available ready planted or empty. Plants
can also be purchased with or without a planter |
