Placing an order
Placing an order with Lush Plants is straightforward and safe. If
you see a product in the on-line shop that you would like to buy,
click on buy planter/plant. You will then be able to select the quantity,
size and colour required. You can also place the item in your shopping
basket and, at any time during your shopping session, you can view
and change your selections and add or remove items as you wish. You
will then be required to log in your personal details onto our secure
server.
Security
Security of your personal data is a high priority to us - and we try
to ensure that unauthorised parties have no access to personal and
credit card details as they are passed over the internet. This is
why we have utilised encryption technology to guarantee your security.
Under no circumstances will we pass on your personal details to any
other company, other than for purposes of delivery of your order.
Delivery
In-stock items will normally be dispatched within 7 working days of
order. If you require a specific date, please notify us with your
order and we will try to accommodate. If an item is out of stock,
you will be notified by email of the earliest estimated delivery date.
Cancellation
It is possible to cancel an order - by telephone 01565 650050,
providing the goods have not been despatched from our warehouse. Always
quote your order reference number. Cancellations will incur a small
surcharge to cover administration fees. Should a client order a planter
which has been manufactured to individual specifications, then once
acknowledged this order cannot be cancelled.
Returns
In the event that your order is received in a faulty or damaged condition,
please notify us on the next working day – and we will organise
a replacement.
